- Accuracy Statement: A statement by you that the above information and notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid infringement claim, we will:
- Review the Claim - Evaluate the completeness and validity of the notice
- Investigate - Examine the allegedly infringing material
- Take Action - Remove or disable access to infringing content when appropriate
- Notify Parties - Inform relevant parties of our actions
- Document - Maintain records of all infringement claims and actions taken
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringer Policy
