If your Cart has items from different suppliers, you will only be charged 1 fee of $3.99 for each supplier, regardless of how many items you purchase from that same supplier.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer a 7-day Full Refund and up to 30 days for a Store Credit which means, You have:

1-7 days to receive a Full Cash-back Refund.

8-30 days to receive a Store Credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate your online return, complete the following steps:

1) Send an email to support@fashionsenvy.com and include the following information: 

• Your order number
• Reason for the return/exchange

2) When your return is accepted, you will then receive, from us via email, a Return Authorization Number and label to print out and attach to the return package. Please note, requests made over the weekend will be addressed the next business day. Once you have this number, please send the item to be returned to the address we provide.

Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
